Volunteer Coordinator needed!

HiT have bought an apple press, with funding from the Dacorum Environmental Forum, which we would like to offer for use by schools to promote local sustainable food and healthy eating. We are looking for a volunteer who can prepare, plan and publicise a programme for next autumn, and then during the months of Sept-Nov 2012, take the press to schools, show them how to use it, and ensure it is well-maintained. This could suit a mum with children of school age, someone looking to hone their employment skills, or a retired teacher.
